Keifer Sutherland has been announced to be the voice of Big Boss in MGS5: The Phantom Pain. It is pretty sad to not be able to hear David Hayter reprise the Snake/early Big Boss role. But with the character being 49, I guess he needed a voice change? But it seems like Hayter was forced out of the role, which is a bit surprising to find out.

Hayter confirmed a few months ago that he was never even contacted to play Big Boss, but I wouldn't put it past Hideo for this to be a big ruse to gain publicity for the game, especially when Hayter has been tweeting things like this for the past week:
