Today is my last day of vacation and I'm actually glad of it! I'm definitely saving for a trip for Summer vacations if I want to keep some shred of sanity.

I finally have a new actual computer desk! Yeahhhh. I already made it gaudy with video game stuff. I like it a lot.

Much more cleaning around the house to do, but this is good. I also have my much more capable desktop and a monitor now. Though, reinstalling stuff and transfering stuff is sooooo time consuming and stuff. I almost have most of my LP stuff installed, I just need to get Vegas on here... and that whole getting speakers thing. I haven't used a desktop regularly since like 2008.

Oh, and of course all the Steam game installing. SO MANY.

Just wanted to say, sorry about the hangout last night. BIOWARE CAN JUST BE SO INFURIATING. Well, I guess not so much infuriating as poser-y, and it's something I get quite heated about. So apologies if I made anyone upset.

ANYWAYS.

We got the large model of those D Link Powerline things today! Being unable to wait, I risked them not fitting my outlets. I had to plug the sender unit in a surge bar by the router. I put the one in our room in an actual outlet.

AND IT WORKS. It works so much so, that it beats my wireless slightly. This thing is so cool! It uses two adapter you plug into electrical outlets, and then ethernet cords to each- one to the router, one to the computer in the other room.

So happy! I can use my own computer!



I know it isn't a lot, but it works okay. I was getting much worse than that yesterday(I couldn't even browse the internet).
