I had a Portal dream! How cool is that?

I was with my sister and my mom in some kind of incredibly large, expansive, abandoned maze-like area with machinery and rooms and stuff. For some reason, we could make portals to rooms and areas that we couldn't see. I dunno, maybe we had a map of the place? It's a dream, 'nuff said. So we made a portal connecting the room we were in with some distant room, and... there was an Alien there! (Like, from the movie "Alien") The black insectoid monstrosity turned and looked at us, then he hissed and did what Aliens are wont to do. He started coming after us.

"Quick, make a hole somewhere else so he can't get us!"

(For those not familiar with Portal, creating a new portal on a different wall or the ceiling or the floor cancels your previous portal, which closes up.)

This went on for a while as we tried to maneuver through the maze. Get to a new room that's safe, make a hole in the wall, connect it with a hole in the wall in a distant room, and... there's another one! "Quick, make a hole in the floor so he can't get us!" "Oh crap, there's another one down there! Make a hole in that wall over there, quick!"

I found this dream to be incredibly unrealistic. If my mom ever saw a real live Alien she would probably faint or have a heart attack on the spot. I'd probably be screaming like a little girl, too.
