Reminds me of the other recent stories about the guy in Miami that was eating someone while naked in the middle of the street, and the other guy in New Jersey that cut open his stomach and was throwing his intestines at the police.

I think those two were under the influence of some new super-bad hallucination drug similar to PCP or whatever. But seriously, still doesn't make it any more right.

I think this SOB is just... sick. Especially before this, the kittens thing. My girlfriend mentioned that basically... this guy mailed a foot to the police. And more recently, the "undisclosed" body part has been a penis most likely. Which is just... what overall, on any body part.

This honestly reminds me of a terrifying serial killer that was in our county in like 1995-6 that I can barely remember. He dismembered women after seducing them at bars, and spread their body parts across Ohio and Pennsylvania. Just... why.

people who do these kinds of things, who betray the very essence of humanity, should be killed. to have people like this exist even as a rarity is unsettling at best.

They caught the guy, in a German airport. Guess he isn't as cocky as he thinks, to run. Well, luckily he is in the hands of the law, now.

What's disturbing is, a Canadian lawyer actually tipped off the police when he found the video in question on the net. They disregarded him, and that's before another victim was killed. Even earlier, someone tried to get him nailed for murdering kittens, and no one cared. Basically, it's pretty safe to say a sociopath usually starts with animals and moves on to more gruesome things from that.

judging by the laws of this country its easy to see why so much evil goes unchecked. our laws do not reflect the seriousness of the crimes they try to punish. rape is like 8 years i think but destroys people for an entire lifetime, anything against animals is a 2 year max but leads to worse crimes. we do not do enough to protect our society and we do not take warning signs serious. a great deal of what we know today could of been prevented had someone decided to use due diligence and look into it. but also dont forget that this kind of statement is easy to say after it has already happened.
