The Xbox conference is starting now.

They're starting off with the Halo 4 trailer. This game is looking damn good. Better than Halo 3, for sure.

They're showing off actual gameplay of Halo 4. They're taking Master Chief through a jungle area. The Covenant are out in force, but a new mysterious force killed an Elite as it tried to get MC.

It seems like the planet has defense AI robots. It's ForeRunner technology and now MC has a FR weapon that he's using to great effect against the new enemies. Maybe even a FR Shotgun, too.

For some reason, Cortana is at the center of a big plot point of the game. And ancient evil awakens. End trailer.

Don Mattrick is on stage now. He mentioned that Xbox is now the best-selling console worldwide the last year, I believe.

Says that they're bringing a lot of games in the coming year.

Phones, PC, Tablets are getting some Xbox stuff, too.

They're showing the first game. Seems like another Call of Duty: Battlefield Warfare.

Oh, no. Actually, it's Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Wow, it looks a lot different than what I've come to expect from the series. Sam Fisher has to stop a terrorist leader.

But it's rather weird how he just goes out in the open to kill a bunch of guys.

There's one part where he uses the Kinect voice control to lure someone over and then throws the bad guy off the building. Pretty funny.

Sam has some nice kill moves. You can also call airstrikes and stuff with Kinect, as well.

Hostage shoots himself. Trailer over.

And has Spies vs. Mercs.

Release: 2013.

Talking about FIFA 13. Kinect voice commands, soccer, awesome.

Now they're talking about football. They got Joe Montana to come out and stuff.

He's doing a bunch of voice commands to command the team. It seems to actually work pretty well.

Trailer for the next Fable game has started. Fable Kinect, whatever it's called. They have a trailer of a guy doing all sorts of hand motions, etc. It's basically Fable on rails.

Fable the Journey. Coming out this year. No one cared.

Now Phil Spencer is on stage.

He's talking about a new game trailer. It's Gears of War Judgement's trailer!

I don't know much about GOW, but it's coming in 2013. Wow, that was it. Very teaser.

That's quickly followed by a new Forza trailer.

The cars look good as always. This new game is Forza Horizon and debuts Oct. 23, 2012.

Yousef Medhi is now on the stage to talk about the Entertainment side of the Xbox.

Starting this fall, you can voice control your bing searches and stuff. They're expanding it to make it voice compatible with many more languages than before. It works as they said it does, too. Pretty nice.

Nick, Paramount, Machinima, and Univision are joining the Xbox network and stuff.

They are now talking about their portfolio. They're now gonna have NBA on Xbox. And next season, NHL will go to Xbox. Watch ESPN, all their channels, will be accessible through the Xbox. Fantastic use of bloating my XBL experience.

Now there's a trailer for all the great sports stuff you can watch and whatnot.

And they're gonna be able to do something with music, too. Xbox Music. When it launches, it'll have 30 million tracks. I guess you'll have to buy them all, too. It'll be on 360, Windows 8 tablets, etc. And now a new trailer for all these non-gaming features I don't care about.

Now showing a trailer for some type of fitness thing.

Back. Now it's Nike+ Kinect Training.

Now they're showing a trailer for that. For a split second, I forgot I was watching a videogame conference.

Now Mark Whitten is on the stage. He's talking about smart devices.

Talking about Xbox SmartGlass. This should be interesting. Somehow, it makes all your devices communicate. Even iPhones, and stuff. Showing something about how movies can show you extra stuff about something.

And something something. I took off my earphones cuz the guy started spoiling Game of Thrones for me.

Now he's not. He's showing off the SmartGlass with a sports game. It's kinda a tablet where you can mark on it and do stuff.

With Halo 4, you can use the SG to find extra info or interact with the game.

The smartglass is gonna allow you to use Internet Explorer on Xbox 360 this year.

It's the wii u gamepad. Haha. But Nintendo took the 360 controller, so I guess they're even.

But it does go beyond it in capabilities. Very interesting.

Finally, GAMES.

Now someone new is showing a trailer for Tomb Raider. Every time I see the game, I get slightly more hyped for Nathan Drake with boobs.

It shows Lara sneaking into a base and trying to find her friend. Doing her best Katniss impression (bow and arrow use).

Doing a lot of stuff like falling down a waterfall, and even falling into a plane. Parachuting down a forest, slamming into trees and eventually landing hard. This girl gets messed up!

First DLC will be XBL exclusive first.

3 new world premiere exclusives:

Ascend New Gods trailer showing. It's a swords and sorcery type game. It's multiplayer. Coming in...2013.

LocoCycle is a new game by TwistedPixel (Splosion Man). teaser shown. It's a cycle game.

Matter trailer shown. I don't know what happened.

2 guys from capcom are on screen. They're about to show off Resident Evil 6!

Starts off with Leon hoisting someone up. It's actually gameplay going on. They're shooting guys and such. SOmeone's on his intercom. A chick. Don't know who it is. Handgun, Shotgun, cover-fire system for when you go in doors is intriguing. The zombies are kinda running. That's freaky. Then there's grenades that he has.

Oh, it's Hunnigan in his ear. They have counter moves and stuff for when zombies grab you. He has to run now from a burning, falling plane. And jumps into a helicopter. Quite an action scene. His female companion he hoisted up also jumped into the plane. There's QTEs in the game for the helicopter flying scene. One of the guys on the plane turned, so Leon had to help. The plane crashes into a building and gets stuck in something. And they fall out of the plane into a pit of zombies. Leon says "It's not my day" end trailer.

South Park: The Stick of Truth is the RPG. You star as the new kid and you try to fit in with the main cast. This game has a lot of potential. Consider me intrigued.

This is the first time they had to plan out where the hell everything WAS in the town, so that was interesting.

They left. Now they're showing the stuff about Dance Central 3. Usher is pimping it.

So Usher is having a live performance to push Dance Central 3. What the hell.

Don Mattrick is back out again to finally end this, it seems.

They're "usher"ing in a new era of entertainment. Hur hur. This is only the beginning.

They're closing the conference with a new game. Call of Duty Black Ops 2 trailer. DLC Xbox 360 timed exclusive.
