This game came out a few months ago, and I'm not sure how we missed it. This game is an amazing tower defense plus has a lot of RPG elements in it. Ix and Insult also have it, and we three have been having a good time with it. If anyone else wants in, they are more than welcome to join.

Also, I found a wiki that explains all the towers a bit better. Like, I had no idea the mages barricade removed elements from the enemies. That can be really useful.

I'm on now with a level 21 Squire. I just soloed the first map on insane with four towers.

Also, I read that there will be DLC and an update for the game adding a Barbarian class this Wednesday. They may nerf the squire's attack power to make the Barbarian more worth while.

If you go Barbarian, I'll probably switch back to knight. While monk is useful, he just doesn't have any stopping power.

Also, where are you grinding? As far as levels go, I'm still in the teens.

So this game is extremely fun. My Huntress is now L24 and I can solo Insane maps by myself.

I'm starting to wonder if I will ever see a single achievement in this amazing game...

But you are right. This little XBLA game has more substance than a lot of triple A titles. I'm glad you recommended it.

Lantis, Syn and I finally conquered Glitterhelm Caverns on Insane last night! Very difficult.

An amazing victory. Our crystals were near death. One had only 300 HP.

Anyways, we need to get four people together and blow through the game real quick on medium.

Insult, will there be a night this week where you'll be able to join? There's cheevos involved.

This game looks pretty cool. It's free on Android Market... BUT, for some reason it always crashes on my phone. No other game does. Go figure.

May have to check it out on XBLA instead. Just got a deal on Amazon recently where you got a $10 credit towards buying MS points from them. And they have that nice digital code thing.

on xbox, it is way harder. Lantis can better explain why but essentially it is not supported on xbla. Likely due to the costs MS put on the devs for patches and updates. On PC there are many updates and even 4 additional characters. Also, we have nearly run out of fun on this game. Try the trial first is all else I can say.

I hate to be negative, but the whole not making sure their app works on the Droid Market is kinda telling, too.

ive been playing this game on xbl for a bit now and ive done everything i wanted to do. there is just a few maps i couldnt beat on insane but im fine with what ive gotten. i dont need to get all the achievements and some are really dumb and not worth the time (survival was just a waste of time for little reward).

I grabbed my under level characters and used survival to grind. So if you aren't level 70 at the time, there's enough reward.

my friend did that. we built a bunch of crap and maxed it out then he switched to a low level and got a couple of exp on it. it was still needlessly long and boring and the reward wasnt worth it to ever think of doing more of it. from my poking about on the dd forums i see others express the same resentment towards needing to do it. 8 hours to get through from 1-30 is moronic. it took several hours to hit 15 and we left immediately after we got the item.

Why would you go to 30?! All you get is a pet that isn't even required for the "catch em all" achievement. The farthest you have to go is 20 on medium if you are aiming for all of the in-game accomplishments.

Speaking of which, I managed to 100% it a few nights ago. Pretty stoked.
