We're heading back to Chattanooga, TN. It seems like it's basically in the middle of our core group (plus or minus a few hours).

The cost for MagCon 2012 is $130, which includes Mag Dinner. This may be subject to change depending on situation.

Because of the increase in cost this year of our hotel, MagCon 2012 registration fees are now $130. All payments are due by February 25, 2012! Use your Christmas money or something!

I'm down, though not for all 4 days as I'm already taking a lot of time off in the next couple of months.

Looks great. My only question is the times for coming and leaving. Like what day to drive down and check in, and what day check out is. I hope that makes sense? Just double checking how it fits into the event itinerary.

We should try to meet up somewhere between 3 and 5-ish on Thursday. And we usually leave around 9 or so in the morning on Monday.

LOCK IN AND ROLL OUT. 5 days. I'm nervous, just about driving.

I still need to check my tires and roll on over to get an oil change.

EDIT: I'm going to have to leave Sunday night- so I can't do the movie thing, is all. I gotta get back home to help out since my gf's mom basically has a kidney infection and a broken rib from a fall, and is in the hospital. I feel really guilty about even going, but she has insisted that I at least come up for most of it.

Hopefully nothing else goes wrong. I gotta get my car checked up on and all that since it's been a while since I drove it regularly since we usually just go together in the other car.

Well, my car isn't starting. I knew I needed an oil change, but the battery should not be this low so fast. My car model has a bad reputation for bad alternators because of bad placement. We're calling triple A tomorrow, but I'm not making any promises. They can see if the alternator is bad and whatnot, but point blank- since my car is like this I'm afraid and concerned it could bust down again in a place I don't really know much about. At the moment, it's looking like a complete no-go. If somehow this fixes relatively well by tomorrow and the car feels stable, I'll go.

Sorry to say it so late, but I just don't think it's going to work out. And I told my girlfriend to not bother driving me down there- her mom is pretty darn sick and in the hospital, and a 6-hour round trip for her would be something I'd never ask anyone to go through.

EDIT: Turns out my alternator is shot. It's going to take a while to fix honestly, and with the current schedule it isn't going to be possible. Sorry guys. Have a great time though. Lots of video!:D

Although I know this is certainly something you could not help, still please allow me to say, I was really looking forward to meeting you in person at last.

It sucks, but stuff happens I suppose. I gotta be here anyways since they're not releasing my girlfriend's mom from the hospital on schedule, either. They found that she has 6 cracked ribs in total, and they're testing for other stuff and keeping her longer- so I gotta watch the dogs and take care of housework this weekend anyhow.

Thanks for being awesome though, guys. I'll be watching the Youtube channel like a hawk. And hopefully we can both head down next year- I know I'll be starting a fund for next year's as soon as I nab a job down here.
