Well, there's one of the trainers who is REALLY helpful. I'm mostly sticking to dumbbells and weight machines, tho. Right now, my goal is to simply feel better physically, get used to the gym and try to make an habit of staying in the gym when classes start. I do hope to build some muscle, though.

I run for about an hour a day, everything else is just pushups and stomach crunches.

I jog for about 20-25 minutes. Nice to see you making progress. :tup

Well, it's been like 5 weeks since I've been going to the gym. I've been able to do bench presses without my left arm failing me so horribly, so there has definitely been some progress. :D

Been hiking in short day trips. In one hundred ten to one hundred eighteen degrees, I have noticed some definite weight loss. I am preparing for hiking the entire Arizona Trail. In all an approximate eight hundred fifty miles through all of Arizona from Mexico to Utah. I plan on starting this March. Perhaps just one week from the border to Tucson.

Insultobot,

Who are you? You're planning on hiking 850 miles. How long would that even take? You're crazy.

Love,

Ixzion

It would take two continuous months. I have been looking into this for over a year now.

I would likely do the hike one week at a time. One week in spring and continue where I leave off on early winter.

I have been replacing my old gear with new lighter gear as well as collecting new items that I will require.

You should fly out and join me. Its a dry heat.

Still heading to the Y two to three times a week. I've noticed that I've not only slimmed down in gut and legs, but my face has gotten noticeably thinner as well. You guys should compare my most recent youtube video to my very first.

2 months and 1 1/2 weeks going to the gym. I feel like I haven't seen any improvement, but I can definitely feel it.
I've been trying to go at least 4-5 times a week, but I'm pushing it to 6...

I am now 303lbs and 22% body fat, down from 315lb and >22% a couple months ago. I'm the f*cking man!

That's great to hear, man! It's always rewarding to see the results that you want. Just keep at it, and you'll get where you want to be.

As for me... aI'm as dead as f*ck. I haven't done much of anything for months. D:

Well, I'm still going at it hard. Still weighing in the low 170's, but I've gained a bit of size and significant strength. Body fat must be dropping a bit. I haven't lifted legs in a few months since I pulled my hamstring so I could be losing muscle in them. Today I finally max benched in the 200's. 205 actually, which was fairly easy. Didn't need the spotter surprisingly. Since 170 was my innitial body weight goal I'm trying to get as strong as I can at that weight. I've increased my max bench by 30 lbs in less then three weeks. I'm really happy about that and can hopefully keep up the gains.

Stopped doing the routine at the Y. Not motivated. I have walked everyday, though.

I've been keeping up, though not quite as well as I used to. Getting back into races again after taking a break to go hashing (running through a random trail through town then drinking afterward). Ran the fastest 5K I ever have last night, hoping to break 22 mins this weekend.

I've been continually sticking to my strict regimen of 2200 calories on exercise days and 1700 on non-exercise days.

I need to go down a pants size now. My belt and pants are practically hanging off me now but I'm too lazy to shop for clothes.

Ive been hitting the gym four days a week. Bis, abs, chest, tris, etc. I used to simply do push ups everyday but a gym membership really helps.

I finally bought those pants I've been meaning to. I'm now down 3 pants sizes from a year ago.

I started hitting the gym last week. I missed yesterday after I landed a bit awkwardly on a hop in my work shoes and kinda made my knee feel wrong. So I'm just going to keep myself on schedule and make up for it down the road.
