Oh boy, do I hit the play button or run away now. Moment of truth.

Enemies have a chance of turning into treasure chests. Then there are 3 random items you can get from them.

Out of all oof the 3 draw options you decided to walk away right before you opened the one that actually gives you something. lol

It's a good thing Ix didn't go back into town. All of the people that didn't get killed are walking around and each of them have multipal subjects that they talk about. He would have made sure he talked to them all.

Other caves opened up on that map. You guys missed a better weapon.

You didn't even notice the effect of holy water. When you have one in the inventory you're weapons will actually do decent damage against the ghost enemies. If you don't have one they are a darker color and your basic attack only does 1 or 2 damage.

It was my first attempt at balancing battles in RPG Maker 1. If you think the difficaulty is good I'll keep with this formula. I wanted to try something different so I went with the higher hp.


His name is Braxen Nova. Bryce is the only one that calls him by his first name. I initally had his name in text boxes as Braxen and then went through and switched it to Nova because that's what most characters call him. I guess I missed the ones at the end there. The demo starts off a ways into the game, but that is explained, as is a lot of other things.

I like that. It reminds me of the Tales of Vesperia demo where you start the demo off at a location about 6-8 hours into the game, and you're at level 20, where the game starts you off at 5. That's actually quite interesting. I must say, great demo, Lausen. Great demo.

Feng Shui: The Dragon Child 2 is up.

wow lausan, you have brought this game to a new level. ive never seen a cut scene this good. youve made several and they are all excellently done. very high production value and a new bar to set. laziness will not cut it from here on out. go big or go home.

looks like veil of corruption looks to be the game to watch this year.

great work guys! ice once again makes a cool looking game with an interesting twist. good to see lots of well throughout puzzles.

I noticed on Feng Shui-The Dragon Child 2 you had a hard time with some of the battles...

Nice job on the games and the videos. I watched parts of all of the demos. Nice to see all RPGMs represented. I really enjoyed the videos so thanks for posting them.

sweet, you guys played dominion! my friends have that game and we play it a lot. they play it so often that i cant keep up with their play style.

I HATE THOSE BLASTED PIRATE SHIPS!

for me its curse cards or anything that gives me them. in my game i got to the point where i was getting so many curse cards that over half my hand was curse cards every round. i couldnt get rid of them fast enough. i liked the militia cards for screwing up my friends strategies.

pirates are brutal too, as are goons.
