Hello, Pavilionites. This is Ixzion, boss of RPG Maker Magazine, with an explanation for the way I've been acting lately.

Back in January, Biggie made a PavCon thread, gauging the interest in the potential of you guys having a convention. I happened upon it for some reason and saw mention of the Mag and how we get conventions together. I also saw Valk talking about how he'd like to have a bigger gathering if he ever did one, calling our conventions "small get-togethers in hotels". Personally, I don't care what you call it: it's a convention if we say it is. However, I decided to point a few people at the post and troll you guys a bit. This is the start of the U MAD thing we had going on.

Shortly after, I had a spark of an idea and I went over to Valk pretty soon after about the idea. He ended up liking the idea. With the ultimate result taking place at MagCon, all that was left to do is start the buildup to the announcement. The idea: 3 videos. One the month before MagCon, one about 20 days from MagCon, the next about 8 days from MagCon.

On February 25, I launched the first salvo, as many of you are aware. Seeing the responses from that video was quite interesting and garnered the response we were hoping it would. The next video was posted on March 9, and it was intended to keep the fire burning, which seemed to be working. The final video was intended to be the most overt signal to the astute watcher of everything going on that there was something not quite right with the way I was coming across. Czechs Mex was actually pretty perceptive of this and I'm glad that most people ignored him.

That said, it's time for our prank to come to an end. To anyone who's been watching everything unfold and who thought that the Mag had gone crazy or that I was some type of super-troll, this is not how I really act or how the Mag is. All this was a complete joke. You've been semi-punk'd. If you were offended, annoyed, or angered by this joke... that was the point, really. Haha. But seriously, I apologize for keeping you in the dark for so long. I just wanted to make the community interesting for a while. Give a little something different, y'all dig?

But I do have to wonder...why did so many of you think that I showed up here all of a sudden to just troll the hell out of you so much?

Back on point, there IS a big announcement set for MagCon that concerns a few select people that post here. I will give more details to those people on the first day of MagCon, so please keep tuned to our channel late that night for the first uploads.

And please, don't refuse to watch MagCon coverage this year over this prank. I mean, you CAN, but I hope there weren't any hard feelings generated by this. I appreciate the views you guys give videos.
