It's ugly.

Same goes for the Netflix update. It's ugly. And somehow manages to be both more and less functional at the same time.

Unfortunately, online games are to be played, so this is required.

I'll agree that it is uglier, but it still more or less works the same. They still render the themes pointless by covering them up though.

Word. I gotta be able to play online and chill in a party with you guys. Yes it's ugly, but I'd rather put up with ugly instead of pretty with no online.

Because they are getting ready for the casuals. Kinect is coming out this weekend and they might need to make the dashboard as simple as possible for those retards. Too many colors and they get confused and scared of this strange technology. It's like coaxing a wild deer to eat out of your hand...

But hey, now we can pet a tiger. That's some hard core gaming right there.

It is one ugly-ass layout. The Blade system was the best, imo, but the one we had had grown on me.

I only know what the last one was. And I rather liked it.

The dashboard is okay... The guide is hideous.

They added a feature where if someone in your game/party speaks too loudly, the game volume is reduced to 70%. You can change that feature under Preferences>Voice. It may be in System Settings or in the guide's Profile Settings. Can't remember... I changed mine to not alter game volume.

I wish they would split out game add-ons, themes, and other stuff, or add a search option. Trying to find actual add ons for games is a very annoying process when you have to sift through themes, demos, avatar sh*t, etc.

You buy DLC other than Rock Band tracks?
