You should've flirted a bit.

Well, I did finally admit to her aloud that I found her to be, as I said in the previous post, "utterly delightful as a waitress". Perhaps you could call that flirting, I guess?

... But that is only as far as I can dare to go on a first date. It's just nice to be in the company of cute girls who seem sweet by nature like her, from time to time, that's all.

It was certainly a pleasant way to wrap up a final day of work before having an entire week off to do nothing but catch up on more video games and (bad) Netflix movies - pancakes topped with cinnamon apple compote, and a cute waitress.

Put a pair of white wings on the waitress and such would be the two primary elements from which my heart's deepest fantasies are fabricated.

I remember when rain was summoned by a specific dance.... though I seem to summon it easily enough be either mowing the lawn or washing my car. But I think I prefer lasers.

Lasers are always more awesome.

I just bought anaglyph glasses for a penny. Come to find out, there are a good number of anaglyph videos on youtube as well as an anaglyph mode in Minecraft.

Remember a page or so ago I ran into some kind of van that had the tackiest license plate cover I had ever seen in my life?

Well, I was behind a car this time that had the same thing. It's... it's so tacky!!!

Saw a freaking excellent movie last night. And for once I am not being sarcastic.

Dead Man Walking. A nun (Susan Sarandon)tries to act as a spiritual guide to a a young man (Sean Penn) who supposedly slew two teenagers in the middle of the woods, and is fit for the execution chamber. The film sort of documents the convict's final days as he tries to seek forgiveness for his crimes and the nun fights to cling to her beliefs in showing kindness to redeem even the worst of criminals despite the pressure of a society around her that wants only to see him punished and questions the nun's sympathetic ways. Great premise. Great acting (although it's a lot easier for me to think that the acting is good in a movie that doesn't suck).

Can you believe it? Sean Penn ... this same guy ->

Yeah, there in the middle; the stoner who looks just like Kajak.

I urge you to see it. It is the first truly intelligent, well-written film I have seen in a very long time.
