An ONA series based on a manga that follows three American soldiers in the Vietnam War named Bota, Perky and Rats. All three are in the recon team called Cat sh*t One. Each mission (or chapter) shows the daily activities of the reconnaissance group in Vietnam. The animated version is set in the Middle East rather than Vietnam. The depiction of Americans as rabbits is actually a pun on the Japanese word for rabbit. The Japanese word for rabbit is “うさぎ”, which can be romanized as “usagi”, or USA GI.
