So I'm guessing it's good, huh?
I actually want to see it. I already saw Toy Story 2 recently (I haven't seen it before that) to be ready for it.

you know what's funny? I was always told that the direction of the greater than/less than symbols don't matter; the open end always points to the bigger number, and can be read the same either way regardless.

Guess I'm late.

Well, what is there to say? The beginning was absolutely wonderful, displaying many of the toys we came to appreciate in the first two movies.

However, this movie takes a significant time jump, to where Andy is 17 years old, and playing with toys becomes pretty dated. No scene in the movie felt rushed to me. In addition, many of the new toys that got introduced didn't overstay their welcome or force a laugh from the audience.

The ending will make you tear up, no doubt. It is a very, very fitting conclusion to the series, and like a reviewer said, a "rare second sequel that works."

@staffy - lol, good point. but the general idea of less than three is that it LOOKS like a heart. that one's got a few bites out the bottom. kinky love.

ive read the synopsis for it anyway, and the idea like 'moral' or whatever of the story is quite cute and endearing. just the actiony bits and the whole villain thing is silly the way the put it together in a toy world. i don't think they write that great villains into their stories i guess. or that great action. *shrug* with kids films its going the same way as adult films or even more so with trilogies - what ever happened to NEW films?

I'm just surprised it even became a trilogy. The last movie came out, when, 2000?

yes, toy story was in 1995 and toy story 2 was actually 1999. SAD. it's fishing was back, but at the same time the whole story idea and everything is still familiar in everyone's heads so it wasn't difficult to bring it back up and try to remind people what's going on.
