Just ran across this place. It works just like IMDB does for movies, cept with anime. You can look up anime, or specific characters of anime, and see who does their voice in every language that the anime is spoke in, and view any voice actor's page and see all the anime characters they voice... complete with pictures and all.

Difference is this one will list all of the groups that have subbed the anime and in which languages, along with ratings and reviews for each specific group's particular encodes.
