I would suggest Easter, but I don't know how everyone would feel about that. I'll probably be spending my spring break in Texas again, which will be the 3rd week in March, I believe. But If everyone else has other dates that are viable, I'm all ears.

I personally would prefer to avoid it coinciding with the World Cup which is usually late June through July.

I think the best time would be when the most people aren't doing anything... which would be a holiday. But I don't want to strip people from their friends and family on those kinds of days, so I think it would be best to hit it up some time in the summer. Most of the members don't go to college in the summer, so it would just be a matter of getting off of work a friday and monday.

Summer will only be good for me if I get an internship in Alabama. Otherwise, I won't really have the time for it.

Won't have time? Or just wouldn't want to make the drive...

If that's the case, you could me SK, Kajak, and me in Arkansas and ride with us.

If I was in Texas, it'd take me 6-7 hours to get to Arkansas. It'd pretty much be an all day thing at that point just trying to get there (to Tennessee)

A little update: SK and I (and possibly Kajak) are going to Chattanooga October 31st through November 6th. While we are there, we will check out the hotel and report back.

By the way, while you guys are down there, check for some activities that are close by in case we want to leave and do something. We'll should have enough cars to transport the con around the city a bit.

Will do el capitan. Though the date we go will change... something came up, but we still plan to head that'a way before the year's up.
