Just got the Total Control 3 in the mail.

Don't know what that is? It's an adaptor. It lets you use Saturn controllers on your dreamcast. What makes it a sweet little device is it has a twinstick option. So, you can use your Virtual On Saturn Twinsticks on the Dreamcast version of Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram.

Much awesomeness ensues.

So... I finally finished Phantom Hourglass. And with that I have played through every Legend of Zelda title released so far. And btw, Phantom Hourglass was some really awesome stuff. I mean, everything about that game was made of win, minus the Ocean King's Temple. Having to re-explore floors you've already been through (even with the shortcuts from newly aquired Link items) was a little annoying. But besides that, great game.

Got a hold of Plants Vs. Zombies. That's a fun game. It's like a TD, but incorporates a good number if new ideas that make it a rather addicting. Every level you beat you get something new for the next level, so you are always left with this "oh, I want to try that out real quick" feeling which keeps you locked into the game.

After talking to someone, I was assured that I have to play through Beyond Good and Evil. So I picked it up and so far it has been a rather amazing game. It's kind of collect-y like Banjo-kazooie, and has a really nice story to it. You spend the majority of dungeons sneaking instead of just running all up in, guns blazing. The puzzles are fun and interesting, but not so confusing that I would have to run to an online walkthrough every 5 minutes. In fact, I'm a good way through and haven't had to look at one but twice (Can't say as much for Zelda games though =/). Anyway, I'm really enjoying it and it looks like there might be a Beyond Good and Evil 2 coming out... so awesome stuff there.

Also, the GF and I are running through Lunar: Silver Star Story. Haven't even ran into Kyle yet, so we aren't very far. I'm also playing through Crono Trigger again... with SK, and we are LPing it. Fun times. But what's not so fun is that I have had little to no time to progress in PvZ and BGAE. Hopefully next week will prove to have more time to game.

Nice job beating all the Zeldas Lantis. As big a fan as I am of the series, I can't even say I've beaten every game in the series.

Dreamcast controller ports are kaput....so no Virtual On for awhile. And I have been rather undecided on which RPG to start playing after I finished Persona 3 FES....so I'm actually thinking of picking up Grandia.

If you're in the dark, let me explain. I hate the game, and I stopped playing it almost at the end of disk 1. It wasn't really good at all, so I traded it in for a Dreamcast system (was worth it, I think, although since it's currently broken....maybe not so much). My friend insists that the second half of the game is much better than the first, and that I should at the very least finish it. So I think that's what I'm gonna do. Even though I didn't like it, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested in it. So I plan on borrowing the game before he goes to Seattle for the weekend.

Other than that, playing a lot of Hot Shots Golf Fore. It's a really simple, yet complex game, and it's loads of fun.

Dude, Bucky O'Hare is awesome! Also, I'm playing Zelda: MM. I also beat Suikoden 2 for the first time last week. (I've owned the game since it came out, but never played it for more than an hour).

I'm actually backing off from games for a bit to catch up on some reading and anime, ect. I am half-way still playing Plants Vs Zombies. I've already beating Advenure mode once, and I've got all the optional game modes beaten but a few in Survival (which will net me the gold trophy on the main menu). I've pretty much purchased everything but the stuff to make the Wisdom Tree grow. I plan on getting it as high as possible though. I kind of play it off and on, never really hard core... so eventually I should get it.

Other than that, I've started to catch up on the Tales Of series. I've only played Destiny and Phantasia, so I've got a few good games to go. Starting off with Symphonia and Symphonia 2. I'm only an hour in, but it's all good so far. If it's anything like the other Tales games, I'm sure I'll have a blast.

Seems like we've finally got over Left 4 Dead after getting the 1000 gamerpoints the other night. Only games we've got not to hang out with is like Castle Crashers or Resident Evil 5. But BlazBlue and Turtles in Time remake will probably get us back up and running.

I'm probably gonna do a run of Suikoden 5 soon, but I also have LPs to catch up on and I may be working and going to class soon, so we'll see about that.

Make sure you don't miss Tales of the Abyss. One heck of an awesome RPG.

In other news, it's still baffling that I'm still playing Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram two solid months after I got it. Consider that the only thing you really can do in this game is fight each other, and with a friend if you have one. Not a lot of options, and it's still my most played game. I love this sucker.

I borrowed Grandia from a friend and finally got to disk 2. I'm afraid I might be a little underleveled to continue playing though. My magic is terribly underleveled and there's no towns to restock at. Also considering you get very little experience from battles and I'm stuck in a forest, I might have to drop this one entirely.

I've also been playing Mario Golf on the 64, and I didn't initially expect too much. But lo and behold; it's actually quite fun. It's old, hard, and charming.

Maybe I'll consider buying Persona 4 sometime this month. I need another awesome RPG to sink my teeth into since I finished Persona 3.

What's with all these awesome ports and re-makes? I mean, I'm not complaining, but what sparked it all?

Turtles in Time, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 1 - 4, Star Ocean 1 and 2, Megaman Maverick Hunter, Perfect Dark 64, Final Fantasy 7 (actually besides FF7, I think Japan's PS Store has pretty much every PS1 game under the sun, but still), ect.

And now the first FPS I ever played. I mean, I still have a DOS running copy of it, but this is still kind of awesome.

I haven't played that much in a while. Let's see...
I started playing PSO ep I and II again now that I finally have a gamecube broadband thingy. Bad thing is that I had given up on it long ago and deleted my precious characters.
Highest character so far is a level 40+ FOmarl named Peach (Yes, Peach. Pink outfit and all.)

Wolfenstein is also on xbla.

And guar, I am still playing PSO BlueBurst and you should too. I am free to get online most afternoons.

I just traded in 50ish xbox1 games for a reservation of L4D2. Other than that, I am thinking of getting the psp out again. Might go through SO:SE.

I've beaten Megaman X3 again finally. Final Sigma is such a b*tch.

I've started playing Chrono Trigger again.

One of the first games I ever played on the PS2 was Heroes of Might and Magic. Initially I thought it would suck, but I really enjoyed it. I recently picked it up again and am having another fun time with it.

No, actually I hate you. Because you are being a sarcastic ass, you ass. I'm still ashamed that CT lost to MARIO 64 on the best game of all time poll going on at gamefaqs... which btw is almost over. I'm still kind of amazed that Final Fantasy X made it farther than VII... but whatever.

Still playing Tales of Symphonia. Getting close to disc 2. Every now and then I'm playing Plants VS Zombies. I'm just a few survivor trophies away from the gold statue of the sunflower at the main menu. Oh, and Ix and I recently went through Resident Evil 5 again. Played Professional mode again, but with unlimited ammo turned off. Took 3 days.

The birth of 10 Up has arrived. lol

I'm still working on doing sidequests and stuff in my second Tales of Vesperia playthrough. I missed a few things, so I'll have to go back for them in another run, but that one will come at a later date. This game is LONG. 44:26:xx was my time through the plot only, no sidequests.
