Today, at my job, I go into the backroom area to dump some cardboard as well some garbage, so I can move on with my other closing duties. As I'm about to head out of the backroom, where we generally keep a bulk of grocery back-stock, I suddenly see this woman, in her 30s, as well as two or three of her kids, searching the grounds for a restroom. (Maybe they thought at another Food Lion store, the bathroom was located in the back. This is not that store).

I'm in utter disbelief because frankly, no customers are even supposed to be back here. They ask me where the restroom is, so I ditch my cart, have them follow me out of the backroom area, and I send them on their way, internally scratching my head.

Pretty crazy Bon...that was a nice story to read.

In the gaming life, have you ever wanted to really play a game, but couldn't for some odd reason? I'm having that difficulty right now.

If you haven't been keeping up on my posts, I absolutely love Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram for Dreamcast. I bought some saturn twinsticks ($86) and an adaptor ($27) to play the game it was meant to be played. Problem is, the Dreamcast system itself doesn't lend itself well to third party devices.

Case in point? My Dreamcast controller port is busted http://everything2.com/title/Sega%2520D ... 2520repair

Now I have to either get a replacement part, or fix the problem myself. If I do it myself I can probably fix it for good. The problem with doing it myself is that the procedure for fixing it is you need to solder, and I have zero experience soldering.

All I want to do is play Virtual On. Back to the Saturn version until I get this fixed.
