In this topic, we will post a colorful list of reasons why it's so hard to post in this forum.

1. Creativity requires talent.

2. People generally have nothing to say, or are too timid to say it.

3. Fear of over exposing one's self and having the true self rejected by one's peers leading to a night of over drinking alone in one's mother's basement when you notice the water heater has rust on it and decide to fix it only to have the hammer you use to bang out the rust rupture the tank scolding your face beyond repair that even after facial reconstruction your own mother doesn't recognize you and the pain is so intense both physically and emotionally that you overdose on pain meds and blow air into the I.V. that the male nurse placed after a fun 10 min round of find the vein.

4. Posters don't like Bonanza.

5. People are afraid of seeing willies and fannies and things of that nature appearing in art.

6. Some people such as myself lost most of what they could post in this forum in the great computer crash of '99.

7. Found other stuff to do.

8. Literally don't have anything creative to post at the time, nor have the time to work on something like that when they could be working on their RPG Maker game... or gaming in general.

9. Creativity requires creativity.

(HOW did nobody think of this one??!)

10. Because some people believe that there is a definitive link between depressive disorders and the ability to express deep, intense levels of creativity. So posting in creativity = being depressed.

let's create a new game, find how many threads in creativity are about creativity not getting a lot of creative action (if you know what i mean ) "!?"

Creativity doesn't require talent. It requires effort, which is a lot worse – and harder to get.

11. Lack of confidence.

12. They begin to do something, but then suddenly stop. They want their work to be complete before the world sees it.

13. Vague/nonexistent intellectual property laws.

14. This forum intimidates.

15. Its the weekend. No one posts on weekends.
