After fiddling around with the endless supply of limitations and irritations that I stumble over repeatedly with RPGM 3, I have finally succeeded in creating an Alchemy system that doesn't require an ingredient/item tracker system.

I DID implement the requirement to have several items in order to complete the alchemical process, ie: Mortar and Pestle/Retort/Alembic/Calcinator type deal)

With that said, I am finally progressing past the snag in my game planning, and look forward to posting the finished product which will be completed and ready to play I'm guessing in a few weeks to a month, now that I've gotten past this hurdle, everything else will move smoothly. Huzzah!
