It can't be due to activity. I'm no less active during the day than I was before.

And I have found that I sleep better if I stay up an hour or two after daylight. But that doesn't explain the deal with the other night. I didn't exactly wake up all fine and dandy, either, because I still felt like sleeping, and I was downright tired by the time I had to go to work. Fortunately for me, this lack of sleep meant I was guarenteed plenty of rest if I went to bed right after work.

Come to think of it, I wonder if I had eaten anything before bed... Can't remember.
