And page 2 should be a very big clue why I chose a skunk. But maybe it's something you only pick up on if you've read enough transformation stories. Or maybe nobody's paying attention to how the skunk raised its tail in that last panel. The guy sure knows what's about to happen, or else he wouldn't be cringing. But, okay, it's not obvious yet. So you'll just have to wait for later pages to see why it had to be a skunk transformation.

You're implying the guy liked the smell and now wants to do it himself?

If he liked it, why would he be cringing before it happened?
