Actually, the poor man went mad and blind while waiting for his master inside a huge, dark, creepy vault.
That might explain his unorthodox fighting style. And fashion sense. Only a crazy blind person can dress that way. Or was it only crazy people?

It's not that I don't hate him...it's just that I can't beat him! I'm a Mitsurugi player and Yoshi's movies are just very tricky, but that makes him a tough challenge.
