Introduction:




So how do you top Megman Lengends 1? It's hard honestly... becuase MML1 was a great game. Well, Megaman Legends 2 brings you all that the first did and more. Everything gets ramped up a notch. Controls and battle are upgraded a bit, the graphics look a bit better, the voice acting was improved, and the story is much more epic. You can tell that much just from the intro.



So, sit back and hang out with SK and I as well plow through yet another RPG. This one will take a bit longer than the first because it's a bit longer than the first. Not sure if we'll be going for all the optional an extra stuff... but we are playing on the Hard difficulty setting. We thought about going Very Hard, but we still want to aim for a no game over run like last time. Though we do plan to go out of our way to pick up at least most of all the special weapons.

I will check this out for sure. I never played it myself, but I did love the first.

If it weren't so damned dated I would probably buy it to fill out the "trilogy" of MML1&2 and Tron Bonne.

.... No, sir. The Misadventures of Tron Bonne does not count. I have seen enough of it to know it for the bastard child of the MegaMan Legends plot that it is. Someone at Capcom was ferociously high on crack the night that the idea for this game was set on the table, and, sadly, put into motion afterwards.

... But, yes, indeed the second installment is something for you to pick up, even seven or so years after its creation. ^_^

Okay, so maybe the Misadventures of Tron wasn't that great... but it was fun for at least one play through. At least it was for me. I still have the game too... I just haven't touched it since I've beaten it so many years ago.

But SK is right that it just doesn't stack up to MML and MML2.

Unlike the first MML LP, I haven't played the second one. So I can't critique you guys on the stuff you miss, and the misconceptions you guys have about what Items do and sech. I really should get the second one...

On another note, this will probably be the last LP SK and I do for a good long while. SK won't be around here much longer. But we should be able to hang out long enough to finish this up... for anyone that cares.

And one last bump to note that we have finished. You should be happy to know that we've dropped megavideo for viddler. BIG thanks to Dray for point viddler out. So yeah, 'nother LP finished. Also, the list in the first post was in HTML, so I had to conver it all to BB... fun times.

Anyway, next month SK and I will be starting a new LP.
