Some have speculated that it could be a port of MGS4 to 360, which seems like a reasonable possibility. But I think no one is really sure.

We'll have to wait and see.

No thats fanboy rumors since 2005. Kojima already said that he will not port the game nor make another metal gear solid game. Solid Snake's story is finished and anything pertaining to it. This is basically a new IP.

I heard Kojima won't be working with any new Metal Gear game. If this is a new IP, I'm afraid the quality won't match with other games. Storytelling and gameplay wise.
