Mine is New York. I'll discuss more on whether or not I liked it later.

Washington D.C. ... If it counts as a city. Otherwise, it would be Disney World in Florida. (Yes Disney World is actually a city.)

big like people or big like groundspace and how does one know exactly how big a city is if just visiting it?

Vancouver
Seattle
Liverpool

Technically I have also been to London, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto ... *shrug* not that I really remember everywhere I have been ..

What's the smallest town you have been to?
Spuzzum
Boston Bar
Wawa (what they article says about not going there is true, we had our own car and still got stuck for nearly a week cus it broke down)

Houston... but I live close to it. I've also been to Dallas, Tuscaloosa(AL), Birmingham(AL... also the 2nd most dangerous city in America), Seattle, and Vancouver. Those are my big cities.

Either one. I guess I'm more concerned with population rather than square mileage, but either or both is fine.

It is true that if you are only visiting you may not know which is actually bigger, so unless you want to list them all I'd say which one SEEMS biggest?

I'd say it's the city I live in, Rio de Janeiro, because the city isn't only big by itself, it encompasses many other cities and territories around it to form a huge megalopolis.

But I say it's Rio because it's the one I know best.

I've been to London
New York
Paris
Berlin
Madrid
Lisbon

And et cetera, but I only really know my city well enough to judge it.

@The Gnasher

How did you manage to visit so many international big cities?

Tokyo would be, by far, the largest city I've ever been within.

I live in Brooklyn New York, have lived in east side St. Louis, Liverpool and London, spent some of my time in Chicago, Melbourne, wandered around Paris drunk for a week, once woke up in Phili, been to Phoenix, Berlin, Rome, Madrid, etc

And sure, I dig it.
