Having said that, wouldn't the boob/nipple pasty be considered enough to prevent children from attending a private business because in front of children in would be deemed indecent?

Then if you do this on TV isn't it it then an example of public indeceny like the Parents rights guy said?

EDIT: Actually I withdraw the above argument because notwithstanding it to be public indecency, the 30 year tradition is to only fine where the indecency would effectively be shock treatment, which the court maintains is not the case.
