There are changes in progress for the site.

Working for the site is work, really. While it's supposed to be fun, it is also work. When I said that I could only have people on the staff who were hard-working, this is what I meant.

If a job can't be done, then it needs to be passed to the next person who can. Not only that, but the drive to do it as well.

If the staff is apathetic, then the site is apathetic. And that will kill the site.

I appreciate everything that everyone who's ever worked for the site has ever given. However, we cannot move forward at this rate.

With that said, we will be trying a few changes to see if we can't find a combination of staff that'll be a bit more active.

We've talked about this for the past few nights and want to stick with what guide we set back when we first introduced R/E... but the problem is that we dont' want to discourage any members (staff or not) from being a part of this site.

With that in mind, I will be PMing some people over the next week about maybe filling in some spots for a while.
