Hey heres a sprite idea.. Anyone good at drawing Robots?

I actually really like the bathrooms!!! It's just a nice touch. I thought about a robot to, but I don't even know where to begin on making one.

Well I was thinking concidering my sprites are more mid-evil then "Spacie" we could use them for a planet that's less advanced. I had a few other ideas I'll share tomorrow. Watching Advent Children as I type.

While working on the sprite for the ship I thought of something. How about having buyable accessories for it. There are likely to be stronger enemies out in space to deal with.

Well, we will need parts to repair the ships. And fuel and I guess different types of ammos.

We also need to come up with some fictional currency.

Megatons!

Oh, you just want to say.. "I have Megatons of money." Ha! nuuu try again.

Megatons are too heavy to carry. Only in space can Megatons float with ease in ones pocket.


It's kinda like the British pound. I always thought having 100 pounds in ones pocket would make it very hard to walk.

Huh, I dont know. I have not thought about that yet. It will be part of the story when ever we get to story line.

Have you guy's thought up anything more storywise? I'm having trouble thinking of how we're going to bring together a group of "Warriors" from all over space.

The 15th Annual Space Combat Tournament

That solves getting people together, but we still need a basic "conflict". We could have some kind of rogue planet or group crash the party. That would force the contendends to work together. I have school in the morning so I'll sleep on it.

A tournament? Not the greatest thing on earth, but I guess that's a start. The only thing, storywise, I could think of was monster hunting. A tower floating in space which spawns these terrible creatures that plaque the other planets. The problem I see with a tourny is wouldn't that pretty much make most of the battles be head on and all in one place. Leaving there being no reason to search dungeons. However, having tornaments during the game sounds appealing.

EDIT: Lausen, as for the classes, several of them are going to be cut and/or merged. Reason for this is it would take months to make all of them.

The Space Combat Tournament can have multiple dungeons for the contestants to choose instead of random battles over- and over.

Story? 2 planets fighting over a deserted and lost galaxy with no recorded history. Both planets want to expand their territory and it all ends in war. Ally planets of both worlds are suddenly dragged into the action. Each of our character's own back story can be related to the war. We can investigate the lost galaxy or join one of the 2 planets in combat.
