Which is the overall best and which is the best for any single interest: hardware/software/movies/games/music?

I prefer Best Buy. I guess just because it's closer to my house than Circuit City. I've always had a good experience there.

Best Buy (for obvious reasons. :p)

Other than the employee bias, Circuit City is losing steam fast. They have recently closed hundreds of stores and fired their highest paid employees to cut labor costs.

Best Buy is the number 1 electronics retailer, while WAL MART is number 2.

I don't mind which one I go to. They are literally right across from each other. Except Best Buy is huge while Circuit City is tiny and hardly noticeable.

I don't get out during the day much. TAI works. We mostly shop at Walmart for most of our things. 24 hours. Unless we have our eyes on something good else ware.
