If life were a d&d game all Arkansans would have a natural -2 to Intelligence and Wisdom. They would have a -5 modifer to their driving skill. At birth, all Arkansans have to role a d20. A roll below an 8 means they are deformed or have a terminal illness due to incest. Luckily for other party members all Arkansans have a +10 modiefer to all their "stare dumbly in awe of natural beauty" skill rolls. This means the other party members can run away with all the phat loot. :D

If life were a d&d game all Texans would have a +2 to Stamina and a -2 to Intelligence. They have a +5 to all their "get yourself into sh*t" rolls. Unfortunately they also have a -10 to all their "get yourself out of sh*t that you got yourself into" skill rolls. At birth all Texans must roll a d20. Any even number gains them the title of Steer. Any odd number gains them the title of queer. Either way they have to live with the statement for the rest of their lifes. Unless of course your character is a minotaur. Then everyone can see your horns. :D

If life were a D&D game, I'd probably get ignored by the GM. Or maybe just some NPC the "important people" randomly came across.

If life were a D&D game, cariocas (Rio de Janeiro natives) would gain a +2 racial bonus to Charisma and a -2 penalty to Wisdom. Cariocas gain a +4 competence bonus on Knowledge (streetwise), Bluff and Diplomacy skill rolls. At the moment of character creation, a carioca must roll a d20. 1-10 means the carioca starts the game with the minimum starting wealth for his class; 11-16 means he rolls wealth normally; 17-20 means he starts the game with maximum wealth for his class.
