Hmm, the FF8 thing? Correct me if I'm wrong. Wasn't it Rinoa who grabs a feather or a petal, holds it against her chest and lets go of it in the wind in a dramatic manner? Sakura does exactly that.

... Portugese. Whoops .... Sounded like Spanish, but then, I only went through the first semester of beginner Spanish in college, so I guess it would still be hard for me to tell for certain.

As to the whole dramatic-feather-clutch-to-bosom scenario, I am pretty sure that Cardcaptor Sakura and Final Fantasy VIII aren't the only ones to use that. Off-hand, I remember something like that happening in one of the introductions to the anime Slayers, and I've probably seen it elsewhere, as well. I guess it just seemed so ordinary to me by now that I couldn't make the connection between CCS and FFVIII.

I just picked up Sega Genesis Collection and found out it has Vector Man. That's a blast from my childhood. While it's not the best game in the collection it was the only one that made me smile.
