My outlook, this should be something within couples, and something they should be honest about if they truly respect the other person.

Theres stupid laws no matter where you go. Boo, go and see what laws you can dig up in your state. I'm sure you will find some real dumb ones. Like not being aloud to rip tags off of pillows and stuff.

Past laws were different, this is a current law which is a suprise to all why its still going on.

What if the guy or woman can "perform" in the bedroom. I know alot of couples who for what ever reason, are simply incompatable in the sack and seek out Lovers or Mistresses on the side with their spouses full knowlege, consent, and support. On top of that its a hard thing for these people to do, but they realize that they are not able to fufill a need in their spouses' life, but still want them to be happy.
