I am certain there are at least a few people whom have read the book by E.B. White in the past.

Somehow, I actually found the movie that came out a while back to be far better than the book, which is a rarity with me. I think they did a particularly wonderful job with Charlotte herself, in both how she looked and whoever it was that did her voice. Basically, it ruled.

If anyone else here saw this movie, what did you think?

I recently purchased it, but I haven't watched it yet.

At the moment, I still share a house with other people, I'm a night owl, and I hate having to watch a movie with the volume really low. I need to work out a way to do it though. Maybe they will go out of town this weekend and I'll be able to watch it. :)

I'll let you know what I think about it. I love the book, it's one of my favorite childrens books. I also love Stuart Little, James and the Giant Peach, all the Pippi Longstocking books, The Trumpet of the Swan, and the very large Box Car Children series, just to name a few.

I never read the book, but I did see the movie. Very well done, I must say.

Where I work, we see the vhs tape of it come in sometimes. And even though I have no vhs player, I always consider buying it.

Hi Sarah's Knight! I don't spend a lot of time here, but I try to check the list of new posts quite often, to see if anything strikes my fancy. :)

Charlotte's Web! Great story. I've seen both the movie and the cartoon. Never read the book. Well, I could never get into reading. I tried many times. It's like I have ADD when it comes to it or something. I can easily get by on here because most posts are short. Unless if TTC is writing. Some times I really have to brace my self when it comes to reading a long post. Unless it's just down right interesting from beginning to end. Then I can stay focused a bit more. :p

I only saw the cartoon. I didn't dare watch the remake, on account movie remakes have traditionally been terrible in my eyes. With one or two exceptions, but I forget what they are.

Ah, well, I can confidently assure you that you wouldn't be disappointed with this remake, Draygone.

.... In fact, .... if you watch it and think it sucks, I'll send a personal check for five dollars to you. ^_^
