Went in for an eye exam today. Everything went well, and then the dude in charge of selecting frames started showing me some wireframes. "These are [blah blah blah]. Now these are virtually indestructible..." And he starts bending the frames like a circus contortionist. He bends the bridge so that both lenses come together. He twists the arms that go over the ears. He's bending and twisting this pair of glasses in all kinds of ways. And when he lets go the frames return to their original shape.

Are you freaking kidding me?! I'm there, dude!

No more worrying about the bridge breaking, or something else breaking. This is the most amazing thing I've ever seen!

Adamantium wireframes. I'm gonna be like my buddy Wolverine! ...If he wore glasses.

Awesomeness!

I'm fairly sure its flexibility isn't one of adamantium's natural traits. If anything, it shares more of the traits of Richard Reeds. You know the whole elasticity from irradiation by cosmic rays allowing him to stretch, deform, and reform himself and then back again at will.

I called 'em "adamantium" because the guy said they're virtually indestructible. For someone who wears glasses and has lost quite a few pairs due to the bridge breaking and other stuff, this is... downright amazing!

It's more amazing when you learn how to not break your original pair of glasses the first time.

Accidents happen, as does normal wear and tear.

I've had my glasses for about 3 or 4 years and not a single problem except a nose pad falling off. Maybe you should learn how to take better care of them.

I agree with Lantis XD
Still, that sounds awesome for those of us eho can't seem to keep their frames in good shape whatever the reason. (I must admit I'm of the careless kind when it comes to sunglasses)

I should get a pair of these for my mother's birthday. She breaks them in her purse, in her jacket pocket, when she drops them, etc.
