It doesn't matter from what work of fiction. Just right now, think of 10 memorable villains and list them. Put them in spoiler tags so that people won't be influenced. Don't cheat.

Just the first 10 that come to mind. Include the work of fiction, if you can.

Mordred - King Arthur
Voldemort - Harry Potter
Kefka - Final Fantasy 6
Dr. Facilier - The Princess and the Frog
Gaston - Beauty and the Beast
Bowser - Super Mario series
Dr. Robotnik - Sonic the Hedgehog series
Sauron - Lord of the Rings
Agent Smith - The Matrix
Darth Vader - Star Wars


Damn, now that I'm thinking, I missed a bunch.

Ganondorf: Legend of Zelda blah blah
M. Bison (Street Fighter) I still have nightmares of trying to beta him in SNES' Street Fighter 2 ;_; I sucked so baldy at that game
The Evil Queen (Once Upon a Time) Lana Parilla is doing an excelent job as Snow White's Evil queen/ Storybrooks Mayor. She's so easy to hate, but it's because of her great acting.
Kefka Palazzo (sp?) (FF6) Sadly, I never finished this game, but few acomplished at he did mid game, no?
Marvin the Martian: I love that little Martian! He's my favorite Looney Tunes character.

Sephiroth - FF7 (even though I don't like him that much)
Luca Blight - Suikoden 2 (the true face of evil... who can take that many hits and survive?)
Van Grants - Tales of the Abyss
Gollum/Smeagol - Lord of the Rings (not completely a villain, but he is one at the same time)
Bowser - Super Mario
Ganon - The Legend of Zelda
Robotnik - Sonic the Hedgehog
Ocelot - Metal Gear Solid series (although he never was truly a villain... they just made him looking like one)
The Dark Emperor - Thousand Arms (because of his long, drawn out use of "daaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrkkkkkkneeeeeeessssss")
Xemnas - Kingdom Hearts 2 (mostly because his name can be rearranged to be "Mansex")

Aeon Flux - Yes, she's a villain, too, in her own way.

Darth Maul - Star Wars

General Grievance - He must be someone important because he has the rank of General, and I guess he has a grievance with someone. But also on this ship are Commander Nefarious, Captain I'ma Badguy, and Admiral Bone-To-Pick. But they don't mention them.
