Yes, what you've read is true. After years of putting off this procedure, I am finally going to undergo a well needed sleep study, in the hopes of discovering whether or not I suffer from sleep apnea or any other sleeping deficiencies. It will be this Sunday night, and I will return Monday morning. Wish me luck.

Danke, brother. I'm not really nervous. During the consultation, they let me try out the masks. Since I usually have trouble breathing through my nose, I'm going to be using a full on mask.

I just got back from it. I hadn't realized it was such a long process. They used this special goop to stick the wires on me, and then before I could sleep (which I was doing during this whole wire attaching process), the assistants give me specific instructions, until I'm finally given the okay to sleep...which doesn't happen immediately. I was there from 10-6:30. I won't find out my results until a week and a half from now.
