Because no god would ever willingly make these animals.

(To make the url work, change "f*cked" and "sh*t" back to their real words.)

Those Mexican mole lizards are so cute - I want one. And an Olm, too (it has no external eyes - how adorable :glomp).

That Pygmy Jerboa was awesome. But the most amazing one was the Glass Frog. Though there was a lot of more common creatures that I've seen around the net for a long time. And why are Narwols in there?

I'm calling shenanigans on the Tubifex Worms though:

This is the grossest being in the universe. It's like a giant roach.

What? It's just a giant pill bug.

And as for the tubifex worms, they're legit. I wikied them.

The ajolote is interesting. A snake with legs? Is evolution causing it to grow legs, or is it a lizard that's evolving into a snake? Or maybe it's the evil snake spoken of in Genesis; the one that still had legs.

The aye-aye is nothing new to me. Anybody who watched The Wild Thornberries will know about these.

The pygmy jerboa is freaky. I've seen pictures of jerboas, before. Heck, in Second Life, I have a jerboa avatar. They're usually pretty cute. But most jerboas I've seen have legs resembling those of a kangaroo mouse. The one in that video looks like they took a bird, cut off its toes, and placed a mouse on top of the legs, instead.

The hagfish... I'm not even sure what I'm looking at. Seems to be a slug sitting on top of a toothy jaw. Or something more perverted.

Human-Faced Carp = Seaman

Now, the proboscis monkey, I think I saw in a cartoon from the Bugs Bunny / Tom & Jerry age of animation. It mimicked a comedian with a similar-looking nose.

Axolotl is a pokémon.

If the Godfather was a furry, he'd be an angora rabbit.

The geoduck, I'm even less sure what I'm looking at than the hagfish. It must be a newer species that's only started evolving and hasn't figured out what form to take, yet.

The liger isn't evolution. It just turns out that it's possible for lions to mate with tigers. And I heard it's not a perfectly functional compatability, either; ligers are always male and are infertile.

I'm surprised the platypus wasn't on the list sooner.

It's a clam-like creature. The shelled portion burrows deep into the sand, and the long tube-like proboscis reaches upward to suck in food floating in the water.

It looks funny now because the tube is.... limp.

It might've been. I know that guy was totally mimicked in various cartoons.
