Welcome to a new addition to the Creativity forum: The LONG-story contest. Now, then, what's the difference between this contest and the short short-story contest?

Short story: up to 250 words

Long story: up to 1500 words

That's right, folks. The word limit has increased nearly 6 fold. Since this is a new addition, the theme is entrant's choice. Just be sure to follow these rules.

1. No more than 1500 words. Place word count under your story.

2. Time limit is two weeks (Extended to four due to NO ONE ENTERING YET). If you miss the deadline, you miss out.

3. If you want to enter both the long story and short story contests, that is perfectly fine with me.
