I decided that I wanted to start the topic off with music, but really, talk about anything you love about this iconic series. Favorite quotes are welcome!

The Simpsons has had a great selection of music over the years. What are your favorites? I'll post a few to start us along:

How can you quote just about every line of every episode?

What I will say is that the best two seasons were the ones back-to-back that ended with and started with "Who shot Mr. Burns" (seasons 6 and 7).

I think the best episode ever is New Kid on the Block from season 4.

And just to throw in one from TV yesterday: "My God! you're greasy!"

'Round Springfield (the Jazzman episode) happens to be my favorite. Partly because of the cloud scene, but mostly because it's a rather touching episode. I'd about be willing to buy the season's DVD set just for that episode. (I'd wind up getting the first part of "Who Shot Mr. Burns?" as a bonus, at least.)
