Hahah, an exceptional film in my opinion. Luckily I had a large drink and large popcorn to comfort my thirst and hunger but resulted in me using the restroom for quite a while. A great adaption of the comic and a great film by itself.

I read an article that says that the director basicaly handed the cast the comic book and said "here's your scripts."

Well, sometimes we are lucky to get the movie a week before the U.S. sometimes we are unlucky enough to get it a week later.

I'll see it next week. :\

For anyone who is a huge fan of the original comic some of the changes and cut outs will be a huge blow. But, as long as you can look past it and see it for what it really is (the greatest comic adaptation to date), then you'll have a hell of a time.

Yes a few things are changed. Yes the movie is drama'd up for the effect. However, it keeps the same point as the novel and the cast did a helluva job.

Honestly the only huge change was the ending. And even though the ending was changed drastically, I honestly feel it was a better ending than the original.
If you just want to know there is no more genetically engineered squid thing. The bad guy Ozy creates for the world to unite against is none other than Dr. Manhatten.
If you don't know the graphic novel go watch the movie cause it's awesome. Just be prepared, it has an adv-r rating for a reason (
LOTS of blue penis)
.

If you know the graphic novel go see the movie anyways and let yourself get swept away by it. Don't go in looking for things to nitpick about. You will find them and you will ruin the movie for yourself.
