I never saw myself as someone who would play tennis. But now I'm out with my gf playing tennis (or some newb version lol) and really enjoying it.

I don't know the regulation rules, and I'm still getting used to the game. I gotta say, its all kinds of fun. I still hit the ball too hard and I am pretty good at finding the net when I serve.


I'm a huge fan of minigolf. I am undefeated among my friends and coworkers. Even a those that are all about real golf must learn humility when they go up against me. Yes I am bragging, but I feel I can since I am that awesome lol. It does make me want to try real golf, but at 75 bucks a green... golf's expensive.

Mostly its just a fun way to get some excersise. After working in R&D for 2 years now, I don't excersise much. And its nice to do something with my gf that isn't "dinner and a movie" kinda crap.

I hated sports, and didn't see myself doing it. But recently I've been taking classes for karate and tennis, and am having a blast.

Grade School-lots of baseball, basketball, and soccer
High School-Four years of springboard diving (1 meter-low dive), basketball in free time.
College-no
Now-nothing, but I am considering learning Kung Fu.

I play pick up basketball, football, and whatever else I deem fun or interesting. I like sports in general, almost as much as music. I don't look like I could play football, but you'd be surprised.

Football, Basketball, Minigolf, Tennis.

Haven't done anything remotely sport-like in years. The closest thing I ever got to sport was wrestling. My favorite finishing manuevers was a spinning fisherman brainbuster and a half crab. Those were some good times.

I played Soccer (You know, the sport the rest of the entire world calls Football... but for some reason we idiot americans gave that name to a sport where you carry the ball with your hands) for all of my highschool year and even back in the boy's and girl's club... so I go a ways back. I haven't kicked a ball in years so I'm probably no where as good as I used to be. Ah well. It was fun and wouldn't mind playing with some friends if we could ever get around that whole "too lazy to get out and do something and order pizza and play video games instead" mood we seem to be in most the time.

Other than that, I do play a bit of tennis off an on. Sadly, I'm the only one out of my friend who are willing to play that knows the rules, so we end up playing insultobot's justly named 'newb' version of it.

Though probably my biggest "sport" is skateboarding. I started back when I was 16 and kind of stopped here recetnly... so that's about 8 years. We have a skatepark locally that was the basis of my skating. I did go to other parks from time to time... but the one in your hometown is always the one you like... reguardless of how crappy it is. I competed twice. The first I managed 4th place out of around 50 skaters and the other was from a best trick contest. Got 3rd in it from an airwalk over a flybox. The people who got 2nd and 1st were bladers... so I was the only boarder to win in that comp. ¬_¬

Oh, and btw... all you people out there who play real guitars. You know your immediate reaction to guitar hero? You know that "Omg, that's so dumb... play a real guitar" feeling? Skateboarders will feel the same way about Tony Hawk games. ^_^

Ah well, that's about eveything I do that requires physical effort....

I like Golf. Real Golf. But it's so expensive that I've only done it once.

I also like football, basketball, and baseball. But almost never for competition, since it sucks all the fun out of it.
