Really, the only way to get awesome is to study a bit of color theory and practice. But I digress. I have an awesome brush tutorial for you if you use PS7. But you gotta learn how to color.:p

If you mean preping lineart... well. I'll post both.

Better brushes to color with in PS:

Location: Out there. In that place. You know, with the "thing"
the last one can be acheved in the same way by going "Layer" > "New" > "Layer From Background," dicking around with the contast abit and then using the magic wand tool set to "Inclusive" to select the "black" parts of the line art. After that, it is a simple matter of copy and pasteing the line art in to a "blank" layer, and then adding effects with various techniques while the line art is still selected. move the line art on top when done, and set that bastard to multiply. All that other method acheives is a more streamlined way to do it. the result is the same. Besides, in this way you can very easily find linebreaks.

I actually do my lineart in a new way. But I'm going to give that one tutorial a chance.
