I'm back from spending some time in VA with the fam. We didn't really get to do too much besides hang out together and watch TV and a football game partially. Oh, and eat. Good spreads all around again this year.

I got my mom to watch Kindergarten Cop for the first time (she's not a big fan of Arnold), but since she's a teacher, she got a bigger kick out of it.

I didn't do much either. My aunt did prepare a delicious meal, but other than that, each of us just... did our own thing like it was a normal day. Pretty uneventful.

I ate food.

We shopped and then cooked pretty much all day. It was nice, but by the time eating came, I was too tired, picked at it, then crashed. Fun times.

Very cool about Kindergarten Cop though. That's a GREAT movie.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Nobody came hunting me down after only spending 45 minutes with the family.

Mine was aight. Just had a lot going on in my mind. Wasn't really all there.

I ate as much as three thanksgivings.


Then, while splitting a 30 pack with my father-in-law, we all played horseshoes for a bit and then finished the night with a huge bonfire.

I think Insult wins. I had two thanksgivings. I spend one at the in-laws. Instead of drinking and playing horseshoes with my father-in-law, I was drinking sprite (without a drop of disaronno in sight) and watching a horrible show called "Duck Dynasty" whilst trying to ignore the screamings and chasings of a 3-year-old and 7-year-old.

Food was good at least.

Personally I think that Duck Dynsasty is interesting and stupid. =P

The sad thing is it's totally accurate haha. I always see the commercial with the guy chainsawing a window into a playhouse, but I've never watched it.

My girlfriend's mom just complained that dinner wasn't ready quick enough all day. As in, why is it not all done in a half hour?! Cause they're used to eating out and having mediocre stuff. My family at home, on the other hand, knows what exactly goes into dinner. As in, cooking for a long time starting quite early in the morning. Especially with only two people working on things. But I still think it beat yours, Lantis. Sorry it sucked.

It was just my parents and myself home on Thursday, and we just had turkey and mashed potatoes (literally, that was it), and rented movies on cable. They had the real dinner on Sunday (with my brother, his gf, and our two "adopted" brothers) when I wasn't there. Yayyy not being included?
