Squash is a very versatile family of vegetables. Delicious as well. I don't know if you can get sick off of too much juice. So long as that juice is real juice. Not that high fructose corn syrup crap. I personally drink a liter of juice a day and I have yet to get sick since I got my PowerJuicer.
