It's said like TTC's link. And, I say "dragon" like drag-uhn, sorta like "uuuuhhhhh" like you don't know what to say. :)

Page. You. Are. On.

Say it REALLY fast and that's how I was pronouncing it.

BTW, I pity your linguistic abilities if you can't pronounce "Staffy."

But I do go by "Infinity Dragon XK" in other places, and I think that could be misconstrued...
So....

"In-Fin-Ity Drag-On Eks-Kay"

An interesting note on that though, is that the "XK" part orrginaly was supposed to stand for "Ten Thousand."

Lantis (Lan - Tis) Not that you could really pronounce it any other way...

And for a while, I was thinking of calling 1ce 'Once' ^_^

I always said "Pager - On" as in the opposite of turning your pager off...

Kajak is pronounced K-Jack

Faucon is pronounced Fow (as in Pow, like the sound made when batman hits someone) cone. So that's Fow-cone

So that's K-Jack Fow-cone

Fun times :P I like this thread!

Did you feel really special when you included a number in conjunction with an 'Infinity Dragon'?

Lordy! Doesn't anyone know how to pronounce simple words?

There is a proper way to pronounce "Gone".

Main Entry: gone
Pronunciation: 'gon also 'gän
Function: adjective
Etymology: from past participle of go
Date: 1598

It's pronounced "gon". G O N. It is not pronounced like "cone".

Main Entry: [1]cone
Pronunciation: 'kOn
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle French or Latin; Middle French, from Latin conus, from Greek kOnos
Date: 1545

There's a difference.
"Gone" has a short "o" sound.
"Cone has a long "o" sound.

Same goes for "Cat" and "Ah".

Main Entry: [1]cat
Pronunciation: 'kat
Function: noun
Usage: often attributive
Etymology: Middle English, from Old English catt, probably from Late Latin cattus, catta cat
Date: before 12th century

Main Entry: ah
Pronunciation: 'ä
Function: interjection
Etymology: Middle English
Date: 13th century

There's a different "a" sound in each.

So it's "Dray Gone", as in "Dray is gone. He went fishing."

And "Crythania" is pronounced "the super awesome shiznit". Oh wait,
that's just the way I prefer to pronounce it. I've never been able to find
that listed as a proper pronounciation of the word. In fact, nowhere in the
word's definition or etymology can the words "super", "awesome",
or "shiznit" be found.

Strange, neh? Must be my thick Ohioan accent. ;)

I think the long O sounds better. TBH. lol
