Go there and demand your money. If she doesn't, threaten to sue her ass. If she doesn't back down, then sue her ass.

So... I couldn't ever get a hold of the original people who made my TV (go figure), but I did find out that the people the got to do the warranty work have their shop set up in Texarkana. So I had my GF, who also lives there, pick up my TV because I called them back and asked if they'd be able to go to her address.

The lady working there was very kind and understanding... and so far the best 'customer service' out of this whole ordeal, and rescheduled to meet at her place. So maybe... just maybe, this will work. But my hopes aren't high as I am not expecting much.

This is the half way mark through the week and my old land lady has yet to call me and tell me that she's looked at the house and is ready to give my deposit back. Things will probably get ugly if I don't hear from her by friday.

My dad, who was suppose to be able to go home sunday, is still stuck up at the hospital. He's not doing any better there than he would at home. A nurse come in and gives him meds that he could easily take at home. It's one thing to be overly carring for someone's illness... but if it's just to rack up a medical bill, someone needs to be shot in their knee-caps a few times.

I get to stick my foot in my mouth. They really were holding my dad at the hopsital longer for a very good reason. Even though the doctor said it was going to be a few months, things turned for the worse and he barely made it to the end of the week. He passed away saturday at 4 in the morning. I'm doing fairly well... but my mother isn't one little bit. I had to go buy some persciption anti-depresants for her yesterday. The funeral is monday. I've had this headache that seems to be lasting which seems like an entire week... and I have some kind of cold on top of that. So things aren't really going well at the moment.

What's worse is that my old land lady called me back. Firstly to tell me she'll send my back my deposit once she gets the bills for "repairs" on the house. Something about cleaning carpet and sh*t. There isn't one mother f*cking thing wrong with that house. She is just trying to be a b*tch about it and chump me as much of my money as possible. The funny thing is, is that she's been avoiding actually meeting me for some reason... but I had the keys to the house... so she HAD to come meet with me.

Though when she came to meet me, see apparently could see that I wasn't particularly enjoying life at the moment... she asked me what was wrong (like she even gave a flying f*ck). So I told her. Of course she gave the standard "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that", and "I hope you feel better" that I've heard for 50 other poeple... then she hugged me. I'm not sure why, but that just made me infuriated. I guess it was because I know she doesn't give a rat's ass about me. That every word she speaks is a lie. There was no way I'd want her to touch me... but she did. And I hated it. If she was any sort of human being... or even HEARD the words "business ethics", then she'll at LEAST give me back the full deposit for being a f*cking pain in the ass for the past year in a half and so that I can at least use it to help with the funeral costs which are just a f*cking insane ammount to begin with.

You won't believe how much paperwork and pricings my mom has had to deal with... and she isn't in the mental stability to do so.

For those of you who pray... please keep my family in them. It would mean the world to me.

Yeah, yeah. I'm being an ass, but would it be me if I didn't act that way? Anywhow, it's a sad thing to hear. I'm just hoping your dad is able to rest peacefully. Don't make him turn over in his grave. Dead people tend to hate doing that. And I do realize this is a week late.

Heh, actually... that's what I like more than anything else. I probably have posted more frequently after it's happen instead of disappearing for a while. Just because I guess I like to keep myself busy. My mom's doing much better... for which I am greatful.

But the bullsh*t won't stop coming. I moved out in my and it's getting pretty close to august and she hasn't given me a dime yet. I'm going to give her till then, and then I'm going to rip her a new asshole. If she's trying so damn hard to be mother f*cker about it, it would be horrible to see her efforts go to waste. She's earned the money.

Oh, and something in my mouth is rotting. I brush twice a day and I floss. So I think I take decent care of my teeth... but the other day I bit into something and it hurt so bad that it sent a small wave of heat down my body in traditional goosebump style. And just last weekend, my tooth chipped off. I had Kajak look back there (because it's the very last tooth in my mouth... top row, left side) and there's definately something going on back there.

good god your life doesnt seem to be headed in a good direction lately. maybe you should take a breather and do something you really enjoy or take an acual vacation to get your mind off of things.

very sorry about your dad, loosing people is hard, especially when painful cancers are involved.

Were I to guess, I'd think that your enamel might be wearing thin. But you need a visit to the doc asap.
