I'm stressing out beyond belief right now. I've got so much stuff I need to do for school, and I have a design project that me and my group can't even really start on because the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) guy that's in charge of the challenge project, which is also my team's senior design project, doesn't know how to give us specs or even go into proper detail about how we're supposed to go about doing this project. We have a project proposal due in two weeks, and we've pretty much got nothing. I'm so busy throughout most of the week that I'm hardly ever at my apartment, and when I am, I'm practically dead. I did not think my final year of college would be this much of a wreck. God I can't wait to get my degree.

And yeah, you think the final year of college would not be too bad, but nope it's just as bad if not worse. You'll make it through though, just probably with a lot less sleep than you were hoping for.

... Still, in many ways I miss being a student. But I guess that has a lot to do with my personality and the degree I chose, .. perhaps even the particular school I went to. You on the other hand always seem to have horror stories such as this recent one about your years through college, man, so I can't say I blame you for personally wanting to get it overwith.



Hey, guess what? I just watched an awesome (note the obvious sarcasm) film last night on Netflix called House of Nine, whose selling points were that Dennis Hopper plays an Irish priest (whereupon he failed miserably on the accent) and that the plot is based off of the first two Saw films (crap, really?). ... Brilliant! To tell you the truth, I was so tempted to go into writing a play-by-play review on this one, as I found that I couldn't go for more than one or two minutes without thinking something sarcastic about what was going on, but the idea to do so came too late into the movie to start it all over from scratch, and I sincerely doubt it would be worth watching a second time. Just know to avoid it; a group of strangers put together in an enclosed space at some psycho's merry whim has been done before (and better in some cases, sadly).

All I need to say is, when I have a demeaning nickname to give to every character present on the list of potential victims in this kind of movie, in the first ten minutes you get to know them, it's BAD.

Now I need to watch something that I already know to be awesome to make up for it.

Now I have Windows on my MacBook Pro (run through Parallels). I need it on there to be able to do work on stuff that I can't do on the Mac OS (which I do hate about a Mac). Took me several hours and it worked like a charm a little bit ago. Annoying.

It is 2:03 AM... and I'm still up here at the school. I've been here since 9:20 AM yesterday morning. f*ck.

EDIT: Got back to the apartment at 5:09 AM... class at 9:30.... so not going other than to turn the homework in.

I just want to thank whoever that guy was who flashed his lights at me in warning for the cop around the bend. I was going about 60 in a 45. And there are very few gestures of kindness people can do for one another on the road too. And this one in particular is the most awesome.
