That was pretty good, i must admit. But, why would fame make you start sucking? It's a conundrum to me.

Because the music industry tells you to be a certain way. Before Billie Joe Armstrong started Green Day, he was actually a pretty good guitar player, from what I hear. The industry tells you how you need to sound to be popular and get your name out there, and they also try to tell you how you need to look. It's f*cking stupid, honestly. It's not really about talent. It's about how good you look or how good they can make you look, and how mass produced they can make you sound.

The "something-bad-is-about-to-happen-to-this-town" siren went off just now, and lasted only three minutes .... three freaking hours after the severe thunder and hail storm had already passed over us. .... Not only do I have to listen to this godawfully obnoxious sound right across the street from me, but it doesn't even go off at a time when you might actually need it! I HATE THIS STUPID SIREN!!!
