I'm pretty sure you're supposed to draw something from scratch. Copying a picture and pasting and saving it in MS Paint doesn't count.

The title clearly says "Make Paint" and therefore I am the ONLY one who qualifies.

I am a Chemist, and a few years ago MADE 220 Gallons of Paint to Paint our Factory!!

Can Anyone else here claim to have Made Paint??

Yes. This is what I ment. We have a Pic page in the hammer for random pics already. I edited the title.
